How to Play

Plan Ahead: Don't just chase the food. Think a few moves ahead to avoid trapping yourself, especially as you get longer.
Quick Turns: You can queue up your next turn before the snake has finished moving. Use this for sharp maneuvers in tight spots.
Ladder Strategy: A new ladder appears after reaching a certain score (changeable in settings!). Keep an eye on your score to anticipate its arrival.
Master the Speed: Feeling overwhelmed? Lower the speed in settings. Want a real challenge? Crank it up for a higher score potential!

Yes! Press the SPACE bar to pause and resume the game at any time.

The green block is your snake's head. The red block is food. The shimmering amber block is a ladder to the next floor.

You get one point for every piece of food you eat. The score does not reset when you climb a ladder.
